Penthouse - Frome Street

M Samaras Build was engaged to update this stunning Penthouse located on Frome Street. The kitchen area and TV area were a main focal point of the upgrade along with a new Alfresco kitchen area which is linked to the Penthouse via a spiral staircase.

M Samaras Build had to overcome some complexities with large materials required for the project which was located on the top floor with limited capacity within the lifts and spiral staircase.

The design, detail and finishes really made this a great project to be a part of.
